Bio: Italy's captain at the age of just 25, Marco Bortolami has long been highly thought of not just in the Italian set-up but in the rugby world as a whole. Since making his international debut in June 2001 against Namibia, the lock has won over 40 caps and took over the permanent captaincy from the legendary Alessandro Troncon in June 2004 having become the youngest player to skipper the Azzurri at just 22. Bortolami is a formidable operator with a maturity that belies his years.
