Bio: Forced into the first time when Gloucester suffered a crisis in the front row, Jack stepped up brilliantly and has shown real promise of developing into a top class prop and with Califano and Collazo around him can only learn more. One of the more underrated youngsters in the squad but has just as much potential to develop.
Strengths: Already held his own in the scrum against some tough opposition
Weaknesses: Carrying a lot of puppy fat, needs to get into shape, but I'm sure Mike Anthony is working on this
Memorable moments: Watching him hold his own against Wasp, despite the attempts of them to get in his face and mind.
