Name: Mark Foster

Position(s): Wing
Bio: Came into a lot of criticism when he first broke into the side, perhaps due to keeping the ever popular Marcel Garvey out the side. However Garvey has gone and Foster is here to stay and he certainly look a better player by the end of the season. A strong if unspectacular player, Fozzie scored his fair share of tries last season and looks more comfortable in the premiership with his defence improving. Next season however, he'll have to continue this form, if he wants to keep his shirt away from the newly arrived Iain Balshaw.
Strengths: Strong and quick, certainly knows where the try line is.
Weaknesses: Not the strongest defensively, needs to improve his technique and tackle lower, although to be fair started showing sign of improvement towards the end of the season and put in at least one big hit that I can remember against Wasps.
Memorable moments: His try in the win over Irish in the ECC cup final
