Bio: A player with a lot of expectation on his shoulders. Lamb reignited the Gloucester back line last season and now much is expected of the youngster. Hopefully if his feet are kept on the ground he has a big future ahead.

Weaknesses: Has a lot to lean about surviving in the premiership.
